What kinds of events do you cover?
WholeHealth Hydration covers six event types across Southern California: weddings and bridal parties, bachelorette weekends, bachelor and guys trips, corporate retreats, festival weekends including Coachella, and endurance or race events. A licensed Registered Nurse runs every booking, and groups start at 2 guests.

Bachelor / Guys Weekend
Hangover recovery, hydration, electrolytes. Discreet setup, no photo posting, no judgment. Pre-event or morning-after, your call.
Corporate Retreats
Energy and immune drips for executive offsites, sales summits, or leadership retreats. Professional setup. Discreet billing. Clean expensing.
Festival Recovery
Multi-day festival recovery setups. We will come to your house, hotel, or rental between days. Sleep, hydrate, repeat.

Every guest at a WholeHealth Hydration event is screened individually by a Registered Nurse before anything is started, and a nurse stays on site for the full session. Staffing scales with headcount so no nurse is ever spread across more guests than they can watch.
Screening is per guest, not per booking
The host books the event, but consent is individual. Each guest completes an intake covering medical history, medications, allergies and pregnancy before an IV is started. If someone is not an appropriate candidate that day, your nurse will say so and skip them. See who should skip a drip.
A nurse stays for the whole session
Your Registered Nurse does not start infusions and leave. She remains on site from the first stick to the last, monitors every guest, and manages the breakdown. Nurses administer under provider orders and carry supplies for the reactions that are actually plausible in this setting.
Staffing scales with the group
One nurse covers a group of 2 to 4. Groups of 5 to 10 get 1 to 2 nurses, and parties of 10 or more get 2 to 4. This is our own clinical standard rather than a legal requirement, and Meagan sets it based on the booking, not the calendar.
We decline when we should
Nurses will not treat a guest who is visibly intoxicated or who screens out. IV hydration does not lower blood alcohol content, does not make anyone safe to drive, and is not a treatment for alcohol poisoning. If a guest needs emergency care, we say so and help you get it.
Event IV therapy, answered.
The questions we get most from wedding planners, brides, and corporate coordinators across Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino.
How much does IV therapy cost for a party or event?
Event IV therapy runs about $299 per person for groups of 2 to 4 and about $269 per person for groups of 5 to 10, with a custom quote for 10 or more. That rate covers a California-licensed Registered Nurse onsite, all supplies, and screening for every guest. Premium drips like NAD+ and Iron Boost are quoted on top of the per-person rate. Call (213) 652-2912 for an exact number.
How many people can you treat at one event?
There is no hard cap. One nurse comfortably handles a group of 2 to 4, we send 1 to 2 nurses for 5 to 10 guests, and 2 to 4 nurses for parties of 10 or more. Larger weddings, corporate retreats, and multi-day festival bookings are staffed to match, so tell us your headcount and we will build the team around it.
How far in advance should we book event IV therapy?
Book 3 to 7 days ahead for most parties, and 2 to 3 weeks ahead for weddings, festival weekends, and anything over 10 people. Same-day is often possible for small groups of 2 to 4 in Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino, but it depends on nurse availability that morning.
How long does an IV session take at an event?
Most drips run 30 to 60 minutes per person, and the group runs in overlapping rounds rather than one at a time. Plan on a 2-hour window for 2 to 4 guests, up to 3 hours for 5 to 10, and up to 4 hours for larger parties. NAD+ is the exception at 90 to 120 minutes, so it is best booked the day before rather than the morning of.
Do you come to hotels, Airbnbs, and event venues?
Yes. We set up in hotel suites, Airbnbs and rental homes, private residences, offices, tents, and green rooms. We only need seating for your guests, access to a trash receptacle, and a few feet of space for the nurse to work. We bring everything else, including IV poles, and we set up and break down ourselves.
Which IV drip is best for a bachelorette party or the morning after?
For the morning after, Hangover Recovery is the most-booked event drip because it combines fluids with anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory medication. Pure Hydrate is the simplest and fastest option for a whole group. For the day before, brides and bridal parties usually pick Pre-Event or The Glow. Your nurse screens each guest and will suggest a different drip if it fits better.
Can everyone in our group get a different drip?
Yes. Groups of 5 or more can mix and match across the full menu, so one guest can take Hangover Recovery while another takes The Glow and a third takes Energy. Each guest is screened individually and receives the drip that suits them. Groups of 2 to 4 are priced around standard hydration or Myers, with upgrades available.
Do you serve Coachella and other festivals?
Yes. We regularly work Coachella weekends in the Palm Springs and Indio area, and we have served private events in Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, and across Orange County. Festival weekends book out early, so reserve as soon as your dates are set.
Is IV therapy safe if we have been drinking?
Every guest is screened by a Registered Nurse before anything is started, and that screening covers alcohol intake, medications, medical history, and current symptoms. If a guest is not an appropriate candidate that morning, we will say so and skip them. IV hydration does not lower blood alcohol content or make anyone safe to drive, and it is not a treatment for alcohol poisoning.
What do you need from the venue on the day?
A seat per guest, somewhere to place supplies, and a trash receptacle. Power and a sink are helpful but not required. We arrive in professional attire, we bring no branded marketing material, and we can be fully discreet or photo-friendly depending on what you want. Let us know which when you book.
