Why Clients Book It

For the tired that coffee cannot fix.

There is a kind of tired that shows up after too many short nights, hard training blocks, travel, or plain overload. Reaching for a fourth coffee buys you an hour and costs you an evening. This drip takes the other route: it supplies the nutrients your cells use to make energy in the first place.

B vitamins are cofactors in the reactions that turn food into usable energy, B12 supports red blood cells and nerve function, and taurine and amino acids support the recovery side of the equation. Delivered by IV, they reach full availability without depending on digestion.

If your fatigue is constant rather than situational, we will say so and suggest you see your physician, because persistent exhaustion deserves a workup, not just a drip. For the situational kind, this is the bag.

What is in It

The Energy formula.

Every component is pharmacy-sourced, mixed into sterile fluids, and adjusted by your nurse after a quick screening.

B-Complex

Multi-B blend

B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6, the cofactor vitamins your cells use in energy metabolism. Depleted by stress, alcohol, and heavy output.

Vitamin B12

Standard IV dose

Supports red blood cell production and nervous system function. IV delivery bypasses the absorption limits of tablets.

Taurine

Standard IV dose

An amino acid studied for supporting cellular energy regulation and recovery, familiar from sports nutrition, minus the sugar and caffeine.

Amino Acid Blend

Standard IV dose

Building blocks for muscle recovery and neurotransmitter production during demanding stretches.

Who It Is For

When clients book Energy.

  • Stretches of short sleep that you cannot avoid
  • Heavy work seasons and long shift weeks
  • Training blocks and race prep
  • Jet lag and time-zone recovery
  • New parents running on fumes
  • Anyone tapering off an all-caffeine energy plan
What to Expect

Your Energy visit.

Step 1

Quick intake

Your nurse reviews your health history, current medications, and any concerns. This is a five-minute conversation, not paperwork.

Step 2

The IV start

A small IV catheter goes in, typically in the back of the hand or forearm. Most clients describe it as a brief pinch.

Step 3

The drip

The bag runs at a comfortable pace. You can rest, work, watch TV, or close your eyes. Your nurse stays the whole time.

Step 4

The finish

IV out, small pressure dressing on, and the day is yours again.

Important

Who should not get this drip.

IV therapy is generally well-tolerated, but it is not appropriate for everyone. We screen every client and decline service when that is the safer call.

  • Pregnancy, without OB approval
  • Active heart, kidney, or liver disease
  • Known allergy to any component
  • Recent serious medical event without clearance
  • Children under 18, without pediatrician approval
Honesty first. IV drips support hydration and wellness. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and if your situation calls for a physician instead of a drip, your nurse will say so.
Questions

Energy, answered.

How is this different from an energy drink?

An energy drink borrows energy with caffeine and sugar and charges interest later. This drip supplies the B vitamins and amino acids your cells use to produce energy, with no stimulant and no crash.

When will I feel it?

Most clients report a lift within 2 to 12 hours, and many say the bigger difference shows the next morning. Effects vary with how depleted you were to start.

How often can I get the Energy drip?

For most clients, every 1 to 2 weeks during a demanding stretch is a common cadence. Your nurse will help you find the right rhythm rather than sell you a subscription you do not need.

Do you come to my area?

Yes. WholeHealth Hydration is a mobile service covering Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. Same-day slots are most common in coastal Orange County, and a small travel fee may apply depending on distance.

Can I combine Energy with another drip?

Several components overlap with our other bags, so rather than stacking two drips, your nurse can add specific extras to one bag. Tell us your goal and we will build to it.
