Terms of Service.
The terms that govern your use of our website and services.
Last updated July 5, 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the services provided by WholeHealth Hydration LLC ("Whole Health Hydration," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Whole Health Hydration provides mobile IV hydration and, under physician guidance, peptide therapy delivered by licensed clinicians. Services are wellness services and are provided only after a good-faith evaluation determines they are appropriate for you.
Not emergency or primary medical care
Our services and website are not a substitute for emergency care, diagnosis, or ongoing treatment from your primary physician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Information on this website is educational and is not medical advice.
Eligibility and medical consent
You must be at least 18 years old to book for yourself. Every client receives a good-faith exam and an individualized order from a licensed physician or nurse practitioner before treatment. We may decline or stop a service if a clinician determines it is not safe or appropriate. Care for a minor requires the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Booking, cancellation, and travel fees
- Appointments are confirmed once scheduled and, where required, prepaid or held with a valid payment method.
- A travel fee based on mileage applies to locations beyond a 30-mile radius of Chino Hills, California. Any travel fee is disclosed before your visit is confirmed.
- Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shared at the time of booking. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- If a session is stopped early for safety reasons by our clinician, you are not charged for the portion not provided.
Payment
Prices for IV services are listed on our menu and are subject to change. Peptide pricing is provided during your consultation, based on the protocol your physician recommends. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Assumption of risk
As with any medical or wellness service, IV therapy and injectable treatments carry risks, which your clinician will review with you. By consenting to treatment, you acknowledge these risks. Always share your full medical history and current medications.

We do not promise specific health outcomes. Individual results vary. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
