Relief & Reset.

Magnesium, B vitamins, a physician-directed anti-inflammatory, and a full hydration base, for the days when tension, dehydration, and a demanding schedule gang up on you.

Book Relief & Reset
Why It Works

Rough days are usually three problems at once.

The days that flatten you rarely have a single cause. Dehydration tightens its grip, magnesium runs low, screens and stress add tension, and by afternoon your whole system feels clenched. Addressing just one piece usually is not enough.

Relief and Reset works the stack: a full liter of fluids rehydrates, magnesium supports the muscle relaxation and nerve function tension days drain, B vitamins back your energy metabolism, and a physician-directed anti-inflammatory eases the aches so the rest can work.

For clients who deal with recurring headaches or migraines under a physician's care, this drip works alongside that plan, never instead of it. Bring your medication list, your nurse will screen everything before the IV starts.

What is in It

The Relief & Reset formula.

Every component is pharmacy-sourced, mixed into sterile fluids, and adjusted by your nurse after a quick screening.

Magnesium

Standard IV dose

The mineral tension days drain first. Supports muscle relaxation, nerve function, and vascular smooth muscle.

Anti-Inflammatory Medication

Physician-directed dose

A prescription anti-inflammatory administered under our medical director's standing orders, easing the aches without asking your stomach to process a pill.

B-Complex

Multi-B blend

Supports energy metabolism and neurological function through a demanding stretch.

Hydration Base

Sterile fluids

A full fluid foundation, because dehydration quietly amplifies everything else on a rough day.

What to Expect

Your Relief & Reset visit.

Step 1

Quick intake

Your nurse reviews your health history, current medications, and any concerns. This is a five-minute conversation, not paperwork.

Step 2

The IV start

A small IV catheter goes in, typically in the back of the hand or forearm. Most clients describe it as a brief pinch.

Step 3

The drip

The bag runs at a comfortable pace. You can rest, work, watch TV, or close your eyes. Your nurse stays the whole time.

Step 4

The finish

IV out, small pressure dressing on, and the day is yours again.

Important

Who should not get this drip.

IV therapy is generally well-tolerated, but it is not appropriate for everyone. We screen every client and decline service when that is the safer call.

  • Pregnancy, without OB approval
  • Active heart, kidney, or liver disease
  • Known allergy to any component
  • Recent serious medical event without clearance
  • Children under 18, without pediatrician approval
Honesty first. IV drips support hydration and wellness. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and if your situation calls for a physician instead of a drip, your nurse will say so.
Questions

Relief & Reset, answered.

Is this a migraine treatment?

No. Migraines deserve a physician-led plan, and this drip is not a treatment or a replacement for one. What it offers is hydration, magnesium, and comfort support on demanding days, which many clients use alongside the plan their doctor built.

How fast will I feel the reset?

The anti-inflammatory typically starts easing aches within the visit, and most clients feel meaningfully better within a few hours as the fluids and magnesium settle in.

Why magnesium?

Magnesium is involved in muscle relaxation, nerve signaling, and vascular function, and it is one of the minerals most commonly depleted by stress, caffeine, and alcohol. Rough days and low magnesium travel together often enough that we made it the lead of this bag.

Do you come to my area?

Yes. WholeHealth Hydration is a mobile service covering Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. Same-day slots are most common in coastal Orange County, and a small travel fee may apply depending on distance.

When should I see a doctor instead?

A sudden severe headache unlike your usual, a headache with fever, confusion, vision loss, or weakness, or one after a head injury needs emergency care, not a drip. Your nurse screens for exactly these red flags before starting.

Work the whole stack, not one symptom.

Fluids for the dehydration, magnesium for the tension, an anti-inflammatory for the aches, B vitamins for the tank. Rough days lose their leverage.
